Purposeful Conversations

The most valuable learning at conferences often happens during the breaks, social activities, and in the evenings during informal chats with colleagues.

These types of conversations are helpful as we have the opportunity to learn about each other's successes and share our challenges. The outcome of these conversations often result in

• building valuable professional relationships,

• learning useful and practical solutions from colleagues who can relate, and

• brainstorming of shared challenges which lead to solutions we can implement when we get back to our organization.
