On Demand Orientation

Hospital Development (HD) or Hospital Services (HS) is a specialized role within the Organ Procurement Organizations (OPO). This role is crucial to the implementation and refinement of the organ, eye, and tissue donation process in hospitals. A robust foundational knowledge of the historical and current regulatory framework and standards of practice of organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation, coupled with the soft skills to perform the role are crucial to the success of creating hospital ownership of the donation process and to help them reach their donation potential.

Experienced HD/HS professionals are available to provide consulting and customized onsite and online trainings through offering:

• Foundational & advanced HD/HS trainings at your OPO

• On demand, online, instructor-led orientation sessions for brand new HD/HS staff and other staff who need some introductory HD/HS knowledge (one-on-one training outline and group training outline) 

• Personalized, one-on-one or group coaching and training onsite and online for brand new HD/HS leaders (managers/directors).
