“When the other members of our clinical leadership team and I began discussing the need for a soft skills training for our Organ Procurement Coordinators (OPCs), Hedi Aguiar's name came up almost immediately.  We'd gotten such good feedback from our Family Advocate and Hospital Development staff in the past for cultural sensitivity training as well as the physician's communication workshop that she had developed.
